David is the bomb! I have lived in South Florida for 24 years and have been searching for an honest and talented jeweler for almost as long. My diamond ring needed some improvement. The setting was old and the rhodium plating was starting to wear off. The baguettes on either side of the center stone had no sparkle to them. I told David I didn’t have a lot of money to spend right now and wanted to know if there was anything he could do to give my ring life again. Lo and behold he performed magic. I picked up my ring today and was floored by how beautiful it looked. He re-rhodium plated the ring, replaced the baguettes with super shiny round stones, lowered the center stone just enough to make the ring look twice as big! I made an appointment to visit with David that afternoon and was later greeted by David at the door. His outright friendliness was candidly warm, personable and very down-to-earth. I brought in my engagement ring for a “second opinion” because when someone at the International Diamond Exchange resized my ring, it came back with unremovable residue under the diamonds in the setting, and denied that it was a problem. David and Colleen told me they would put it in an acid bath, and they kindly removed my center stone to avoid damaging anything. They placed the stone safely in a little pack for me to take home, which was so wonderful because it is a family stone. I hope to be picking it up soon. Highly recommend. I had an old mine cut diamond that was a family heirloom remade into an engagement ring, and I took it to a jeweler who completely messed it up and set the diamond wrong and it fell out. They had also resized the band incorrectly. David is an expert. We went to him and he reset the diamond beautifully, fixed the band, and it’s amazing. Also, because the diamond is so old and so unique we couldn’t find a wedding band that went with it correctly. David had a wedding band for us custom made, that looks AMAZING. Everything was done in a reasonable amount of time, for a reasonable price, with great expertise and craftsmanship. Go to David!!

I think that same day he had spoken to a friend of his in the business and sent me an HD video of a beautiful yellow sapphire that they had. I was able to send that around to people helping me with the decision, and everyone loved the stone. He got it from his friend the next day and I was able to see it in the store and purchase it. We had a bit of a special request of the band being gold, and he designed a beautiful ring accommodating that, and even had my fiance's sister on the phone with us to talk through the design. It's worth noting that he only had a few weeks to make the ring itself since I wanted to propose on a specific date, and he got it done well early. The ring turned out to be a knockout and everyone loves it. It's worth noting that David went above and beyond to cut costs where he could, and has been prepared to make a few tweaks for my fiance when she's finally willing to part with it for a few weeks. I'll be doing business with David again for sure.
